"I started working out with Kevin in the Fall of my Sophomore season at Diablo Valley College. As a pitcher, he made my workout specific to strengthen my weaknesses, get me stronger, and prevent injury. When I first went to him. I was topping out at 91 mph, a couple months into the workouts I topped out at 94 mph. I now throw consistently 88-92 and will hit 93mph a few times every outing. And thanks to Kevin's training and my hard work I gained velocity, became a much better pitcher, have stayed healthy, and have a scholarship to play baseball at North Carolina State University
